We own three unique properties located in Fort Walton Beach, FL on Okaloosa Island! They are the closest beachfront condos to Destin's Harbor Walk and downtown Fort Walton Beach! This area of Florida has the clearest water and whitest sand in the entire state often winning top ten beaches in America even ranking second by Escape Here in the world! On top of that our beautiful island does not have a building that reaches above six stories giving you less density on the roads and on our beautiful beaches!

In addition, we have remodeled and replaced the original furnishings, giving our guests updated features and amenities that are only found in properties costing typically 20%-50% more in Destin. PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT WITH ACTIVE OWNER MANAGEMENT:
Our guest has direct access to the owner of each property before, during, and after your trip. We are active and do 100% of our own bookings. Each guest will receive the garage code for parking as well as a unique guest code for the keypad to get into the unit. No need to use a manual key or check in at a front desk!
